Policy

CANCELLATION

Stuff happens, we get it!

However, our time is reserved especially for you and cannot be filled without adequate notice.

We require a credit card on file to reserve an appointment. If efforts to cancel or reschedule are not made 24 hour prior to your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled services will be charged to your card on file. If no contact is made, resulting in a "no call, no show", 100% of the scheduled services will be charged to your card on file and a $50 deposit will be required to book further appointments. 

We are grateful for your business and look forward to our time together. This policy allows us to continue offering the best experience to each and every client.

CHILDREN 

We love your littles and watching them grow.


However, there are many hazards in the salon and due to safety concerns, we kindly ask that arrangements be made for children during your appointment. 

Our stylists are on a schedule and need your full attention during your appointment to provide you with the ultimate experience. We have no way of ensuring your child's safety during your appointment while they are unsupervised. 

This policy is not only to ensure that you, and others, have a relaxing experience, but was created with your child's safety in mind. 

Thank you for helping us create a relaxing space for all to enjoy.
